One of the largest medical technology companies in the world is seeking a Finnish-speaking Client Service Representative to join their team at Watford Business Park. This exciting role is ideal for a proactive and independent Finnish speaker with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage complex customer queries. You will play a key role in providing specialised support for medical devices and services in a helpful, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role offers flexibility, with a hybrid working model in place after initial training (2 days from the office and the remainder from home). The company provides all necessary equipment, on-boarding, and comprehensive training. Working hours are Monday to Friday with flexibility from / 07:00 am to 08:30 am to 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
