We are now recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Night Shift Manager, this role will be responsible for organising and reporting stock movements, reporting and investigating discrepancies, and maintaining up to date stock records through SAP, Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing stock is managed efficiently
Understand the delivery process and stock demand
Monitor incoming mails for stock changes
Manage stock movements between depots
Process and organise daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse
Create delivery and customer collect notes
Manage customs and excise process
Support Stock Manager and Warehouse Shift Manager with stock reporting accuracy and investigations of stock discrepancies.
Reconcile stock using SAP
Maintain stock systems and spreadsheets, producing data reports when required.
Experience using MS Office
Basic knowledge of SAP systems
Stock administration or management experience, specifically within logistics or warehousing is preferred.
Organisational and numerical skills, with a special attention for detail.
Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
First class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.
Customer Service.
40 Hours per week. Working predominantly on the early shift, starting at 6am and finishing at 2pm on a Monday to Friday basis. However, flexibility required to work on other shifts (2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10pm to 6am Sunday to Thursday) and around these shifts to suit business needs.
