What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling property viewings and negotiations
• Managing client relationships and sales progression
• Working toward and exceeding individual and office sales targets
• Contributing to local market share growth
• Delivering excellent service at all stages of the sales process
• Supporting the team in a fast-paced office environment

What We\’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well-presented, and confident communicator
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of Marlow and surrounding areas is an advantage
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
