ROLE PURPOSE
As the Design Director at Dentsu Creative, you will report to the Creative Director of Design and play a crucial role in shaping the creative vision and strategy for Adobe, an exciting client known for its innovative communications. This design-centric position involves leading a talented team of designers and production professionals, ensuring the cohesive application of creative standards across various platforms and touchpoints. You will foster a culture of creativity that significantly enhances the quality and impact of design projects while aligning with brand objectives and client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a team, nurturing a collaborative and creative environment while effectively managing resources.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
