Chef de partie and sous chef required for a fresh food kitchen in Norwich. Chef de partie salary is £30-32k and sous chef salary is £37-38k. If you have a fresh food kitchen background, we are keen to speak to you.
The role:
- As a chef de partie, you will run a section in the kitchen, ensuring your section is ready for service and cooking during service.
- For the sous chef role, you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, run a key section, and cook during service.
Experience:
We are looking for chefs with great knife skills. The chef de partie and sous chef roles require previous experience as a chef de partie or sous chef.
