Various permanent chef de partie & sous chef positions across the Cotswolds & Gloucestershire for a range of Hotels, Gastro Pubs and Restaurants. All are full time, many with live in & permanent contracts.
Position 1: CHEF DE PARTIE – COTSWOLDS (live in)
- Chef de partie required for a high end kitchen in the Cotswolds, high rosette, garden produce on site and live in available, £37k package
position 2: CHEF DE PARTIE – GLOUCESTER (daytime)
- Chef de partie required for a kitchen in the Gloucester area, every other weekend off and you will be off evenings as well & bank holidays. £27-29k, 40hrs. If you want a high level of cookery but have your nights off, this is for YOU.
position 3: COMMIS CHEF – COTSWOLDS (live in)
- Are you a chef who wants to learn more, this commis chef is for you. you will learn amazing produce and high standards. £34k package, this role will progress to demi chef de partie soon
position 4: CHEF DE PARTIE – CHELTENHAM
- Chef de partie required for a kitchen cooking gastro pub style dishes, local seasonal produce. £33-34k, 30min drive from Cheltenham.
position 5: CHEF DE PARTIE – STOW ON THE WOLD (live in)
- Chef de partie required in Stow on the wold, live in available, £33-35k, fresh food, small team of 4. The food is local cotswolds produce.
position 6: SOUS CHEF – LECHLADE
- Sous chef required for a fresh food kitchen in the Lechlade area, parking on site, 36-37k.
position 7: CHEF DE PARTIE – GLOUCESTER (live in)
- Chef de partie required, £34k, rosette level, 2 rosette standard, live in. The produce is local and they also have a on site kitchen garden
position 8: CHEF DE PARTIE – nr LECHLADE
- Chef de partie required for a kitchen near to Lechlade, with a good standard food offering, 32-35k. parking on site. This fresh food kitchen will start in larder and move sections.
position 9: CHEF DE PARTIE – nr Broadway
- Chef de partie required for a kitchen near to Broadway, with a good standard of cookery, live in available. parking on site. £34-37k inc service.
*For all these chef roles, we are looking for candidates who can commit (this are all full time permanent positions only, so you must be able to commit longer term). You will also be reliable and have good knife skills*
