Role Overview
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven media strategies across paid social, search, and programmatic platforms. You’ll lead campaign planning, optimization, and analysis to help our clients grow profitably and sustainably. This is a client-facing role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with client goals (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV).
- Build and manage campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Monitor performance and proactively optimize campaigns to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to iterate on messaging, visuals, and audience targeting.
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and market trend evaluation to inform strategies.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts to ensure efficient spend and goal attainment.
- Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and ecommerce best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in paid media strategy or digital advertising, preferably at an agency.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns for ecommerce/retail clients.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Shopping), and other key platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Excel.
- Experience with attribution models and conversion tracking using GA4 and/or third-party tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and/or Meta certifications.
- Agency experience with DTC brands or omnichannel retail.
