As a Housekeeping Team Leader, we will support you to :

What do you need to be a Housekeeping Team Leader? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Housekeeping Manager to train our team, ensure high standards are being met in every room and to support the team to cleaning rooms. You will be confident in completing various tasks throughout your day and are flexible to complete ad hoc tasks as and when required to support the team. So, we are looking for someone who has

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts (weekend availablity is essential, shift times will vary)
  • Experience working within Cleaning or Housekeeping as a Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Supervisor would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently, working to time deadlines and at a fast pace
  • Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
  • Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
