Responsibilities:
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional interactions.
- Exchange chips for cash and calculate odds for payments.
- Operate and conduct games professionally, complying with all gaming regulations.
- Protect gaming equipment and company assets.
- Follow all customer service programs and maintain a positive appearance.
- Promote positive public relations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of dealing experience.
- Proper training and licensing.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Enthusiastic customer service skills.
- Ability to pass dealer auditions.
- Knowledge of two or more core games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker.
License Requirements:
- Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Includes reading, writing, arithmetic, good vision, dexterity, speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure.
Target Hourly Range: $7.50 plus tips and shift premium.
