Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for: * Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems * Delivering to the highest level of service for the client. * Answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities. * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. * You will also be required to understand building control systems and BMS’. To be successful for this Mobile HVAC Engineer role you must have: * The ideal candidate would have experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment. * You should have relevant qualifications such as: * City & Guilds (6187) Level 1&2, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering * FGAS and ODS desirable * HWSS – Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems desirable. * You will have a full current driving licence * Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. * You should have ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. * You should have good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device. * You must be highly self-motivated and have ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
