Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our HUB team in Newport, Wales. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive success by delivering expert consultancy across implementation, delivery, and the application of Hansen’s product suite. You will work directly with a major telco client, leading requirements gathering for high-impact projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
About You
You are a proactive, hands-on Business Analyst with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You’re inquisitive, accountable, and eager to work across diverse teams and evolving technologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring:
- strong experience in the Telecom industry
- proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies
- working knowledge of APIs and documentation best practices
- a bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting: Working with valued customers, interacting with their internal solution designers, product managers and other BAs
- End-to-end delivery: Requirement gathering, product demonstrations, analysis, design and training of end users on utilizing Hansen products
- Creating high-quality documentation for use cases and interfaces, including business requirements, impact analysis, interface design and process flows
- Supporting testers in defining test coverage and validating test scenarios
- Liaising with internal development and test teams to resolve project queries
- Coordinating client workshops to finalize project deliverables
