Junior Sous Dining Pub 4 day week Chipping Norton
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Junior Sous will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus.

The Place
A independent dining pub in Chipping Norton with 6 guest rooms this stunning venue champions local artisan products and sources the very best fresh, local, seasonal ingredients for their daily-changing, modern British menu with Mediterranean influences and British pub classics on the la carte menu. The all-day bar menu offers tempting nibbles throughout the day and breakfast, morning coffee and afternoon tea are also available to non-residents.
The Person
The Junior Sous will have:
- Experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen
- A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
- The confidence to deputise for the Junior Sous Chef if their absence, supporting with the efficient running of service.
- Dedication, motivation and positive
- Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
- Happy on Larder, pastry and sauce sections
- Passion to deliver outstanding dishes whilst demonstrating good food knowledge.
- Ideally live locally or have your own transport.
