The team is passionate about delivering high quality customer service to their clients ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of the Order Processor: Answering incoming calls. Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Raise purchase orders for suppliers. Acknowledge order confirmation from suppliers. Verify order details and coordinate with the warehouse team for order fulfilment. Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
