This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, based at H&M White City in The Westfield White City shopping centre.

As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the sales and profit of the store and deliver a Customer First Experience with your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
  • Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and supporting development and training
  • Analyzing and following up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
  • Ensuring Health & Safety, legal, and security standards comply with H&M and local laws to ensure safety for all employees and customers
