The Role:

You’ll serve as our most senior blockchain strategist – shaping the system, leading its compliance posture, and building the engineering bedrock that quietly powers the world’s loudest transactions.

Not just code. Not just strategy. You’ll build the protocols, recruit the elite, and harden the system others will never see – but never be able to avoid.

Your Mission:

• Architect and oversee our blockchain infrastructure (Fireblocks, MPC, tokenisation, smart contracts)

• Design systems that feel invisible to clients, but deliver ironclad performance beneath the surface

• Recruit, lead, and grow a curated technical and legal team

• Deploy systems not just for speed – but for sovereignty

• Work side-by-side with the founder to shape the technical OS behind a generational platform shift

Who You Are:

• A Fireblocks-native with an opinion on custody that isn’t theoretical

• Someone who sees “trustless” not as a meme – but a mandate

• You’ve built full-stack blockchain systems, ideally for assets that come with lawyers attached

• You lead with foresight, execute with paranoia, and don’t need to be told how big this gets

• You know the difference between decentralisation and disaster recovery
