Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is up-to-date. Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status. Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist with accounts payable functions as needed. Generate payroll reports for management review. Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
