The Quality Assurance leader will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality
and adherence to specifications within the injection moulding factory. This role, Inspection and Testing:
- Conduct visual inspections of moulded parts at various stages of production to
identify defects, irregularities, or deviations from specifications.
- Perform dimensional and functional testing of moulded parts using precision
measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications, customer requirements, and
quality standards, including visual appearance, dimensions, tolerances, and
performance characteristics.
- Record inspection results and non-conformities accurately and promptly,
documenting findings in inspection reports or quality databases.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspection activities, including inspection logs,
test results, and quality documentation.
- Prepare and distribute inspection reports and quality metrics to production
supervisors, quality assurance managers, and other stakeholders as required.
Quality Improvement:
- Identify trends or patterns in inspection results and non-conformities,
collaborating with production teams to address root causes and implement
corrective actions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including process optimization,
