An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Hospital Director to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Grimsby, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers
This special service provides for men and women living with complex needs who may have a primary diagnosis of learning disability, mental health issue or personality disorder
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin or an Allied Healthcare Professional
As the Deputy Hospital Director your key responsibilities include:

Provide strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment
-
Responsibility for budgetary oversight with the Hospital Director
-
Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users, employees and visitors
-
Ensuring the site is compliant with all Regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements

Complete regulatory notifications
-
Complete SUI’s and investigations
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Experience working in learning disabilities and autism setting

Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment

A detailed understanding of statutory regulations

Ability to oversee and deliver site projects
The successful Deputy Hospital Director will receive an excellent salary of £54,077 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
