If so, we want to hear from you!, We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant with experience in SEN to join our team. The successful candidate will support the classroom teacher in creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive., * Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive early years education activities.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Support the social and emotional development of all pupils.

Work closely with the class teacher to monitor and record each child’s progress.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Experience working with children in early years settings, specifically with SEN.

Ideally Level 2-3 qualified in childcare or a related field, but strong relevant experience will be considered.
