What You Will Do: Develop a clear, aligned enterprise roadmap for e-business development, aiming to achieve future business outcomes while reducing technical debt. Plan strategic options through identification, analysis, and evaluation, presenting proposals to senior stakeholders. Establish an e-business community to develop plans and align with architectural best practices. Support the wider Customer Domain in all areas of e-business, helping to unblock issues and provide thought leadership. Work in partnership on Salesforce technical products and capabilities, ensuring strong alignment with strategies. Occasionally travel to UK sites, fostering collaboration and innovation across the company. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in e-commerce/e-business strategy, design, and implementation. A track record of managing digital transformation and rationalising multiple legacy systems within a complex, global organisation. Demonstrable digital product leadership experience, having delivered and managed large platform products. Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams. Preferred: Background in the automotive industry or other complex product industries, and experience dealing with both B2B and B2C models.
