I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor in the North-east. Due to an increase in contracts awarded they are looking to onboard a site supervisor. The scope of works my client covers includes groundworks, earthworks, civils and structures. Site supervisor requirements: * Working alongside and reporting to the project manager. * Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials. * Tool box talks. * Putting labour to work. * Record keeping. * Ensuring health and safety compliance. * Liaising with the client, subcontractors and local authorities. * Plant and machinery inspections. Site supervisor requirements: * Right to work in the UK. * NVQ level 3 or above. * CSCS – Gold/ Black. * SSSTS/ SMSTS. * First aid. * 3 years experience in a site supervisors role. * Experience with civils, groundworks and earthworks. * Full UK driving licence.
