Head Of Digital Marketing The world’s best dog food, years.com, is looking for team members who want to help dog parents have more years together with their dogs. You will be joining one of the UK’s fastest growing direct to consumer brands, with an experienced founding team and a product you can truly be proud of. Skills required: Proven experience in creating growth for direct-to-consumer brands Own the performance of all digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content etc) Implement digital strategies to acquire new customers Test different CRM techniques to improve overall customer retention and LTV Have a through and detailed grasp of KPI’s including subscription based KPI’s Ability to communicate and lead a team of digital marketers * Your role will be hands on, both doing and communicating/managing team members. Your application: Should include detailed KPI information which demonstrates your ability to grow brands and retain customers Ideal experience: Experience in a D2C consumer brand is essential Experience in a D2C subscription brand is ideal Included with your salary: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Private medical insurance
