  • Multi Trade Plasterer carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on social housing stock
  • Working across Leicestershire in tenanted properties

Description

  • Repairs and maintenance in social housing (occupied properties)
  • Primarily plastering repairs however will be required to complete other basic repairs including; joinery, decorating, plumbing

Profile

  • Previous experience working in a similar role is required
  • Ideally you will have relevant qualifications (NVQs or City & Guilds)
  • Multi trade capabilities
  • Own van and tools
