Building Manager Mayfair £30k Been working as a Receptionist/Front of House but feel you can do more? Looking to get a foot in the door of facilities management? This is your next step! You'll be looking after a flagship site in Mayfair, running the building and helping tenants with queries. The site has just undergone a full refurbishment so it looks amazing and you'll be providing a service to match. If you're the sort of person who really takes pride in their work and enjoys being proactive this is a great move for you! You'll be working closely with the Group's Facilities Manager to make sure the site always looks its best and everything is running perfectly. As Building Manager you'll oversee the work of hard and soft services staff and contractors, whilst keeping health and safety paperwork up to date.
