We re looking for an experienced Beauty Account Director / Business Unit Director to join a leading retail display specialist, managing and growing key beauty and cosmetics clients.
You ll lead end-to-end campaigns across POP, retail display, and in-store activations collaborating closely with creative, production, and technical teams to deliver standout results.
What you ll need:
Proven experience in the beauty sector (retail, POP, display or experiential)
Strong commercial acumen and client leadership
Confident managing complex campaigns from brief to delivery
Comfortable working 3 4 days in a vibrant East London studio
