We are currently seeking an interim Process Project Engineer, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based in Port Sunlight Village, Wirral – easily accessible by train and car. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 18 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. This role would require you to lead the implementation of engineering projects within the Sourcing Units, including design, installation and commissioning of process plant and equipment. Key Accountabilities The preparation of equipment schedules, cost schedules and project documentation. The installation, testing and commissioning of plant equipment related to engineering projects. Conduct technical surveys and feasibility studies to enable project decisions to be made. Create scope documents to ensure equipment design and installation is completed to the correct standards. Work with Process designer to ensure plant and process is designed correctly.
