Human Resources Advisor Cammell Laird We have created a new role in our small, growing HR Team. Its a fast paced generalist role where no 2 days will be the same, a great opportunity for you to make a significant impact on the facility, where your efforts will be visible. If you thrive working in employee relations and are up to date with employment law to support your managers with their teams managing operational and business related people issues this might be for you. So who are we? Known across the globe at our Birkenhead facility, on the banks of the River Mersey we expand across 130 acres which includes four dry docks, a large modular construction hall and extensive covered workshops. Weve played a strategic role in UK shipbuilding for the past 200 years, repairing, maintaining and building ships and other vessels. And what will you do? As part of a proactive, innovative and responsive team youll deliver a professional, advisory service to operational and business support departments building relationships with managers and developing a good understanding of their work Youll offer pragmatic, creative and business focused HR solutions and recommendations at all levels from working with external authorities and contacts through all levels of employee up to Director level
