As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, particularly in palliative and dementia care settings. With an experienced and supportive management team, this facility boasts a higher-than-average staff-to-patient ratio, ensuring that you have the time and resources needed to provide excellent care., Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation

  • Provide professional, high-quality care for residents

  • Develop and implement care plans and treatment strategies using sound nursing techniques

  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, secure, and compassionate environment

  • Provide dementia and palliative care, demonstrating a strong awareness of mental capacity in elderly individuals

  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies

  • Uphold residents’ rights and POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults)

  • Adhere to safe moving and handling practices, fire safety protocols, and infection control standards

  • Ensure compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety regulations

£22 per hour + Paid Breaks
