Job Advert: Call Handler – Customer Service Pay Rate: Β£13.80 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Perth (Office-Based, Hybrid Available After Training) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 3 months We are looking for Call Handlers to join our clients team in Perth. This role involves delivering excellent customer service by handling inbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and providing accurate information in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls and directing customers to the appropriate department to enhance their experience and streamline processes Managing an average of 100 calls per day, with each call lasting approximately two minutes. Following a scripted set of questions to assess customer needs and ensure efficient resolution. Accurately updating systems with call details to support demand analysis Skills & Experience Required Previous customer service or call handling experience preferred Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Good IT skills and experience using multiple systems Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team If you’re a confident communicator with a passion for customer service, apply today
