The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

The HR Director and CEO of this organisation are UK based so you will always be at the heart of decision making, supported by a mid-sized team which includes subject matter experts for key areas such as Reward, Payroll and Project Management – in addition to peer support from a dynamic and successful HR team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the delivery and execution of relevant core HR processes and policies per the business cycle as required, e.g., salary/compensation reviews, talent reviews etc.

  • Be involved with the development and implementation of regional/global HR initiatives as required and at direction of Head of HR.

  • Use metrics and analytics regularly to help drive/steer management decisions.

  • Proactively identify key opportunities to further strengthen and build the talent pool within the client group and continuously identify opportunities to flow key talent.

  • Provide strong support on key functional areas including Reward, Talent and Organisational design

  • Partner effectively with subject matter experts to develop, deliver and promote initiatives in line with the business needs and to deliver against the strategic agenda developed at corporate level.

  • Partner effectively with other specialist groups such as Employee Relations, Global Mobility etc. for any day-to-day issues faced by the client group

  • Work with the HR and business leadership team to identify organisational development improvements, particularly around culture change during periods of major transition and transformation within the organisation.

  • Utilise metrics & dashboards to monitor outcomes and drive better business results.

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects specifically M&A and HRIS system activities under the direction of the HR Director

This HR Business Partner opportunity would be ideal for a VP level HR Business Partner from a high-touch financial services background such as a Hedge fund, asset manager or boutique bank (open to all other areas of financial services). Experience in a small but matrixed environment would be helpful, particularly any experience in multi-entity companies. You will need to have a generalist background and appreciate the technical aspects of delivery that are required in a high touch environment. You will pride yourself on building closely-knit relationships with C-level professionals and be able to execute their key requirements from concept to execution in the absence of support teams.
