A global investment management firm has a new opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to join their Client Care Group.

This role is instrumental in driving business growth in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Key accountabilities include:

  • Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy for the European business, working closely with Investment Directors.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide leadership and professional development for the existing sales team.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and direct brand awareness in Europe.
  • Develop a team which leverages industry best practices and optimises business processes.
  • Encourage engagement and create a culture where people are motivated to reach their full potential.

Desired experience and skills:

  • 15+ years of experience with business development.
  • Strong sales track record within the investment management industry.
  • Previous team management experience is essential for this position.
  • Excellent client facing skills with strong written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving highly complex matters.
  • Effectively builds formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organisation.
