Job Title: Contracts & Business Support Officer (Public Health) Location: Ealing – Hybrid working (1 days minimum a week in office) Hourly rate £21.33 PAYE Per Hour Contract Length: 3-month assignment (possibility of extension) Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 35 hours ASAP Start Role purpose: Delivering effective payments systems, including processing invoices, making accurate and timely payments in line with council’s procedures and contract agreement Analysing activity and expenditure using Excel to a high level, using large datasets, including use of formulas and pivot tables and summarising, and presenting results Use of large databases to check and ensure accuracy in activity and payments ( training provided on specific databases) Provide regular and effective written and verbal updates and summary reports Maintaining effective record-keeping on contracts, expenditure, and business functions Liaising directly with providers to ensure prompt and accurate payments, and challenging discrepancies to ensure payments aligned with agreements and accurate.
