A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator with experience in a scheduling environment to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Stockport. The overall purpose of the role will be to manage stock levels on manufactured goods and provide analytic support pn products including pricing so would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers. Key Accountabilities: Monitor and maintain stock levels Negotiate with suppliers Analyse trends on manufactured goods Maximise margin on all quotations Meet conversion targets Accurately report costings line with budget and timescale Deliver buying processes within agreed timescales and targets as determined by the business An ideal candidate will have a natural analytical mind and be a mathematical thinker with excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in all I.T. packages. Experience of working with Sage 200 and negotiation skills would also be a distinct advantage for this role.
