Senior Estimator London £70,000 – £100,000 About the company: I’m currently working with a sucessful Tier 2 general contractor who speclaises in with new build residential, educational, commercial and healthcare projects in London and the South East. This is a fantastic contractor with a steady & secure pipeline of work due to their fantastic reputation and trusted client base. About the role: My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their commercial pre-construction process across the business. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing the entire pre-construction phase, from PQQ submissions and tender preparations to contract negotiations. * Managing client relationships, ensuring strong rapport is established and maintained with project stakeholders. * Driving supply chain management by consistently sourcing new subcontractors and suppliers, while nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. * Working closely with site teams to ensure smooth handovers and the capture and implementation of lessons learned.
