TIG Welder Rotating Day/Late Salary: £18.02 + plenty of overtime Wigston (LE18) PERMANENT JOB :- No Part Time or Student Options STOP : you must have experience as a TIG Welder to be considered – without this, you may be automatically rejected We are looking for a TIG Welding Wizard who weld a clean line that doesn’t look like a pigeon did it. For this role, you need TIG welding experience within aerospace & working with aluminium as a minimum. Due to a high work volume there is plenty of overtime available every single week. To get the elephant in the room out of the way, it is working on a rotating shift pattern Days (Mon to Thurs 05:45 – 13:45, Friday 05:45-10:45) Late (Mon to Thurs 13:45 – 21:45, Fridays 10:45 – 15:45)What do you get out of this? Basic of £14.89 + shift premium – £18.02p/hr (paid on both shifts) Pay rising to £18.72 after probation Enhanced rate for overtime Quarterly discretionary bonus. Proper benefits package.
