Type: Hybrid, 4 days in office 1 from home

Up to £95,000 DOE

Pyramid Recruitment are keen to hear from talented Product Leaders! This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing product strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio, including card issuing and fraud solutions. You’ll lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Owners, while working closely with technology, commercial, and operations teams to bring impactful, customer-focused products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple workstreams.
• Shape and embed product delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Ensure business value is clearly defined and delivered with every release.
• Use market insights to inform product direction and feature prioritisation.
• Promote reuse and standardisation of solutions across the business.
• Partner with Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure readiness for launch and scale.

What We\’re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in payments or fuel cards preferred (not necessarily technical).
• Demonstrated leadership in a product management role
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, including at board level.
• Skilled at translating complex technical and business concepts for different audiences.
• Strong prioritisation, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
