Superior Recruitment Group are excited to work with a major client in the Nottingham area and to be supporting with their recruitment of an Asset Manager for two major COMAH sites in the area. We are looking for an Engineering Degree qualified Asset Manager to hold overall responsibility for two sites, and their Operational and Maintenance teams. This will include: ▪️ Leading and engaging with O&M Teams to implement compliance, delivery, and strategy across sites. ▪️ Holding overall responsibility for site SHEQ ▪️ Leading and managing site leadership team, and other personnel, taking overall responsibility for supervision, development, and welfare ▪️ Developing and leading the delivery of Annual operating and business plan for sites. ▪️ Planning, justification, control, and optimization of budgets To be considered: ▪️ Be degree or equivalent qualified in Engineering discipline. ▪️ Experience in the energy industry or other related major hazard industries. ▪️ Experience in management of energy related assets. ▪️ Operated at senior management level in the same of equivalent industries. ▪️ Think at a strategic level whilst when necessary able to grasp the details involved in managing day to day performance of both Power Plants. ▪️ Able to manage the complexities and challenges associated with managing and mo…
