<b>Job Description</b><p><b>SAP Lead SF Talent Consultant</b><br><b>Preston – 90% remote, 10% onsite</b><br><b>ASAP until Dec 2025</b><br><b>£560 per day – Umbrella only</b><br>Would you like to join a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation?<br>Our client is at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital and platforms.</p><ul><li>Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions – and supporting technologies in large – complex organisations.</li><li>Strong, hands on skills in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.</li><li>Knowledge and experience of the integration of the above talent modules with the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.</li><li>Certification in one or more relevant SuccessFactor modules.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a clients organisation. Clear, compelling, and effective engagement skills are critical.</li><li>Ability to lead a functional workstream, including experience of managing workloads and priorities.</li><li>Ability to plan and run client workshops.</li><li>Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies </li><li>Ability to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely.
