Our client is a global vendor and leader in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), Identity Verification, and Fraud Detection solutions and services. Due to aggressive expansion plans throughout the EMEA region, they‘re looking to hire an experienced Senior Sales Engineer in the UK. Acting as the SME for both end customers and the Account Executive, you will manage and develop technical relationships with customers focused on driving increase sales revenue. Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with technical stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with the sales team to manage technical account aspects and ensure a successful journey from pre-sales to implementation. Communicate the benefits of comprehensive Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) solutions, and demonstrate how they will improve customer experience whilst reducing fraud. Demonstrate the business value of the solutions in improving customer experience and fraud prevention simultaneously. Lead technical product demos, POC‘s, etc. Be the technical SME throughout the sales process, aligning the CIAM solutions with customer needs. Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management teams to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities. Adapt and tailor solutions to meet customer needs and maximise product efficiency. Experience & Qualifications: 5 years sales engineering experience in cyber security. 3 years experience selling Identity Access Management and Fraud Prevention solutions. Team leadership / mentorship is preferred. Demonstrable experience in delivering technical presentations, leading POC workshops, and providing technical strategic management of customers. Working knowledge of Authentication, Authorisation, Single Sign-On (SSO), User Lifecycle Management, Fraud Detection, and Customer Behaviour Insights. Experience with multi-cloud environments is preferable (Azure, AS, GCP). Excellent communicator, with native English skills. Offer / Package: Base Salary : £105,000 – £120,000 (negotiable dependent on seniority and experience) OTE : £150,000 – £170,000 Benefits : Full Corporate Benefits incl. Pension, Private Medical, Life Assurance, etc. Although a remote position, my client has offices in London and bi-weekly meeting attendance may be required. Therefore, interested applicants will need to be located in London or Home Counties.
