Join a National Facilities Management Company and play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards at a large education sites in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities: – Lead a team of Engineers onsite – Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) in line with schedules. – Maintain accurate records/documentation for PPM and plant quality assurance procedures – Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues, helpdesk requests, and emergencies – Coordinate initial responses to client requests and oversee visiting specialist subcontractors for PPM schedules. – Assist other trades as necessary. – Attend monthly site meetings and provide detailed reports on work and equipment as required. What You’ll Need: – Proven Supervisory experience is esential – 18th Edition IEE regulations is essential – Strong knowledge of MS systems, PDA, and helpdesk processes is essential – Experience in computer PPM management systems (e.g., Concept Evolution) and PDA use is essential – Hands-on experience with BMS (Building Management Systems), Automatic Controls, and Building Automation Systems.
