  • Managing and maintaining Health & Safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.

  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team.

  • Using IT systems to manage project documentation and reporting effectively.

  • Proven experience in managing care home construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and their application on-site.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of leading programme meetings with confidence.

  • IT literate and proficient in using project management tools and software.

  • A proactive leader who takes ownership of challenges and delivers results., * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

  • First Aid Certificate.
