Randstad is partnering with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Durham to recruit a skilled and proactive Social Worker.
This is a non-case-holding role, providing an excellent opportunity to focus on assessment, analysis, and partnership collaboration to ensure timely safeguarding interventions., * Triage and assess incoming referrals to determine the level of risk and the most appropriate response.

Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to ensure the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable individuals.

Contribute to multi-agency meetings and decision-making processes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Support the delivery of high-quality safeguarding services, adhering to relevant legislation and local procedures.

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.

Proven experience in children’s services, safeguarding, or related areas.
