A global creative consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive PA to join their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing strong working relationships across teams and is excited to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, with real scope for professional development.
This is an incredibly well-regarded role, providing full PA and Team support to a variety of teams and individuals across the business, including senior Executives and their teams, Designers, Technologists and Engineers. You’ll enjoy a hugely varied role where no two days are the same, giving you exposure to extensive and ever-changing diary management, complex global travel, event management and assisting across projects and wider team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Organising international travel
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across teams and projects
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years’ relevant experience, including diary and travel management—ideally within a creative or fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
