RF Engineering Team Lead

This is your chance to step into a dynamic management role with this world leading business as RF Team Leader! You will drive a talented team of RF engineers, remain hands on undertaking RF Design, and contribute to projects shaping product development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
• Innovate & Design: Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
• Collaborate & Solve: Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.

Your Skills:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Extensive experience in RF design and development.
• In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
• Demonstrable leadership experience - undertaking people management and mentoring teams.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
