We are seeking an experience Property Manager to join the team in York City Centre to undertake the effective management of blocks and Almshouses. The Property Manager will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of residential properties ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance. Key Responsibilities include Managing a dedicated portfolio of properties with assistance from the finance and administration teams Arranging the repair and maintenance of properties as and when required, maintaining a good relationship with approved contractors and ensuring works are undertaken to a reasonable standard. Communicating with Residents and Clients to ensure their needs are met and maintaining the relationship. Communicating with Residents regarding any raised issues on a regular basis to ensure smooth running of the blocks Overseeing major works and Section 20 Consultation. Attend meetings when required to include AGMs and Directors meetings Ensuring all compliance is up to date Overseeing the drafting of service charge budgets and management of annual expenditure.
