An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to be a key part of our dedicated team, working in a professional, hospitable and friendly environment, with training and development opportunities and great benefits.

What we expect from the ideal Chef de Partie:

• Previous experience at Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Work well under pressure.
• Ability to deliver high standards consistently.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• High standards of health and hygiene.
• Brimming with enthusiasm, can-do attitude and bags of personality.
• Strong work ethic and desire to progress.
