The main requirement to apply for this role is to be experienced in using the insurance system Acturis. Cert CII qualification would be highly beneficial but not essential. Study support will be offered if desired. The main purpose of the role will be responsible for maintaining and processing client records (including audit checks), issuing documentation, invoicing and handling client payments, handling client and insurer queries including claims issues and processing mid-term adjustments. For a more experienced candidate, additional duties would include monitoring aged debt, resolution of underwriter account settlement queries, administration of the renewal diary. They outsource claims handing, compliance, insurer agency management and account reconciliation and receive excellent service on that, so where these issues are touched on above, it is mostly liaising with that provider who then resolve most issues.
