About The Role:

You will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, taking a key role in the technical delivery and creative execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:
Work on the technical development of interior schemes using Revit, ensuring all models and drawings are accurate and aligned with architectural requirements.
Specify comprehensive FF&E packages for large-scale commercial spaces, ensuring all selections meet rigorous commercial furniture ratings and compliance standards.
Drive the design of F&B and lounge environments, creating experience‑led spaces that balance high‑traffic functionality with luxury aesthetics.
Coordinate with internal architectural teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration between the interior design and the wider building envelope.
Produce detailed documentation sets, including plans, elevations, and joinery details, maintaining a high standard of technical precision.
Manage supplier relationships, sourcing high‑performance materials and furnishings that meet project‑specific fire, safety, and durability ratings.
Key Skills / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience working within a professional design or architecture studio, with a proven track record in commercial or large-scale developments.
Advanced Revit proficiency is imperative; you must be confident in using Revit as your primary design and documentation tool.
Specialist experience in F&B and Lounge design is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing these sectors.
Excellent technical detailing skills and the ability to produce construction‑ready drawing packages.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design logic and technical requirements to both clients and internal stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative mindset, comfortable working within large, complex project structures.
