This is a fantastic opportunity to join this global organisation and make a strong impact. The Job The successful Occupational Health Advisor will work on a number of duties, including; Manage the delivery of the occupational health service Oversee the people management the occupational health team across the UK Lead the strategy of the occupational health function, making key decisions Manage policies and procedures, making sure that quality and governance standards (SEQOHS) are met Manage CAPAs to improve service delivery, investigating any incidents or complaints Evaluate and audit clinical and service delivery, utilising academic and clinical documents Collaborate with relevant departments like HR and EHS Your Experience The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Will be a Registered Nurse with the NMC, part 3 Postgraduate Occupational health qualification A minimum of a BSc in Occupational Health or a related subject Strong clinical experience of occupational health People management experience Next Steps If you are looking for your next step in Occupational Health please apply online.
