About the Role: Role: Country/Sales Manager – UK & Ireland Location: UK (field & home office) About the Company: Emirates Transformer & Switchgear, Dubai, U.A.E was founded in 1984, the company was born out of a collaboration with IEO Transformatoren, Breda, Netherlands which led to a full acquisition of the Dutch business by ETS. Responsibilities: Identify and develop sales opportunities in relationship to specific utilities and contractors. Assist in the development/implementation of both long and short-term market plans with the Directors to fulfil the strategic objectives. Research and map out the product acceptance criteria at key utilities and manage the end-to-end process so the company successfully attains the necessary approvals. Establish a list of target utility accounts which offer the company the best opportunity for product acceptance and sales in the short to long-term. Customers: DNO/IDNO/ICP Markets. National Grid, Large Scale Utilities Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years technical sales experience of selling transformers. New market expansion experience would be an advantage. Proven and successful experience in business development and key account management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
