Kenna Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join one of the UK’s Leading Tier 1 Developer within the Special Projects team as a Group Production Administrator focusing on Building Assessments on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months with the potential to be extended. The position offers the opportunity to gain experience in legal aspects of project management whilst developing knowledge in building safety. Flexible working location, mainly based out of Head Office in Addlestone, Surrey, remote working possibility. Key Duties & Responsibilities involved: * Manage instructions to the consultants including raising purchase Orders and arranging the signing of relevant appointment documents. * Liaise with Responsible Entities’ representatives and progress the necessary licences and legal agreements required for the building investigations through our appointed solicitors. * Monitor the progress of the assessments & reports to ensure delivery on programme. * Report on actual deliveries against programme. * Organise pre-start meetings and attend when necessary. * Ensure the timely issue of information internally. Skills * Confident enough to be sufficiently persistent with team members and consultants to get things out of them when required. * Make telephone call to/receive calls from management companies etc. * Administration – good time management and organisation skills in helping the team with setting and liaising with external consultants for meetings. * Organisation skills in filing away important documents when received i.e. email correspondence, consultant proposals, agreements etc
